Please take notice that a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the City of Austin,
Arkansas on the 5th of August, 2025 at 6:00 pm at Austin City Hall, upon the request of Cflag
Properties, 1311 West Main Street, Austin, AR 72007, for an amendment of the Zoning Map of
the City of Austin, Arkansas, changing the Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described land
from R-NH to CC
